You know the saying “the best time to plant a tree is 20 years ago”? Well the best day to send an email is yesterday. The second best time is right freaking now. I know it doesn’t have the same ring… But here’s my point. I talk to people all the time who ask really nuanced questions like: “Whats the best day to send an email?” “How many characters should I use in my subject line?” “Should I use a button link or a text link?” My answer is always the same.
